The Glenfiddich 12YO bears all the hallmarks of Glenfiddich's Speyside signature style, one that has made it the world's most awarded single malt. Matured in the finest Oloroso sherry and bourbon casks for at least 12 years before being uniquely married in oak tuns for up to nine months to develop exceptional harmony and complexity of flavour. In the glass, a distinctive fresh and fruity nose with a hint of pear followed by a palate of butterscotch, cream, malt and a subtle oak. Serve neat, with water (to bring out the flavours), over ice or in cocktails.

The richly layered Glenfiddich 15YO single malt is matured in three types of oak cask: sherry, bourbon and new oak, before being married in thier unique, handcrafted Oregon pine Solera vat. Year on year, this Solera vat is never emptied but is always kept at least half full creating a deliciously harmonious and intense whisky which gets more complex and intriguing every year. Silky smooth, revealing layers of sherry oak, marzipan, cinnamon and ginger. Full-bodied and bursting with flavour. Serve neat, with a couple of drops of water (to bring out the flavours), or over ice.

A truly exceptional single malt, the result of whisky-making craft and knowledge passed down through the generations. Glenfiddich marry their 18YO in small batches of no more than 150 casks. Every batch is individually numbered and carefully watched over. In the glass, a dark gold colour and remarkably rich aroma with ripe orchard fruit, baked apple and robust oak. A fresh-faced, zesty whisky with a natural golden amber colour direct from the cask and as invigorating as the Orkney breeze. Jura 10YO is a whisky only Jura could make, shaped by its remote Scottish island home and a tradition of distilling that dates back to 1810. Oban is one of Scotland's oldest and smallest distilleries. Founded in 1794, the West Highland port town of the same name has grown around the distillery. Oban is the one Single Malt Scotch Whisky in which the rich, complex flavours of the Highlands meet and mingle with the peaty, maritime character of the Islands. Flavours of rich fruits, smoky dryness, honeyed spice, and a whiff of sea salt distinguish this full-bodied 14 Year Old West Highland malt.

The heavily peated malt for this dram has been created from harvests brought home from three Islay farms, by Raymond and his farming colleagues Neil Mclellan and Raymond Fletcher. The resulting rich, aromatic Port Charlotte wash was trickle distilled in our Victorian stillhouse during 2011. Moving forward we now have 19 farmers who have made the commitment to grow for us and to whom we are equally committed. This Islay barley is who we are. This is where we're from.

Spey River Bourbon Cask Finish has been matured in traditional American oak casks until it has achieved the perfect balance of flavours, only then the whisky is then transferred into first fill Bourbon casks to allow the secondary maturation which adds to its complex character and refined depth of flavour. On the nose rich malty aroma with hints of breakfast cereal and cooked fruits. On the palate crisp, fresh flavour with malty sweetness and delicate oak notes. Subtle spice and hints of toasted almonds. The finish is clean with a lingering sweetness.

A classic Island whisky from the oldest distillery in Skye that delivers a rich dried-fruit sweetness, with strong barley-malt flavours and a peaty, peppery finish.
